I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and pivotal moments of personal transformation, including relationship challenges, creative blocks, and the kind of changes that can quietly (or loudly) reshape who we are.

I have a particular love for working with artists and creatives, people who feel and think deeply and need a space that can hold that complexity. I also offer dedicated perinatal support, accompanying clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity transformation known as matrescence—the profound becoming that unfolds when someone steps into parenthood.

My approach is nonjudgmental and collaborative. Using an integrative, trauma-informed framework, I draw from psychodynamic principles and mindfulness practices to work with what is present now while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that shape it. Healing from trauma is not linear, and I aim to create a pace and space that honors that. My background in the arts, philosophy, and meditation is woven into the way I listen and work, informing how I sit with complexity, ask questions, and help clients find their own language for what they are moving through.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am deeply committed to providing an inclusive, empathic space.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bard College, New York. In addition to private practice, I have experience working in community mental health, with the criminal justice population, and in the arts.
